VeloraThen let me plan something for September. Does the second week work?
VeloraGood evening, this is caller name calling on behalf of your charity.

About us
New as an agency. Not new to the phone.
We are a young agency with experience in both sales and technology. A good call starts with preparation: knowing who you call, why and what you ask. And it is only finished once it is properly recorded and followed up. You have one fixed point of contact and see every week what happened.

What we heard. Budget often only frees up after the summer. Twice someone asked about a trial period.
What we are changing. A shorter opening line, and asking about autumn plans more often.
Questions we often get
Do you guarantee a number of appointments?
No. How many appointments a campaign brings depends on your offer, the audience and the timing. What we do guarantee: the hours we agree, honest work and a report that shows what happened.
What is the difference between campaign hours and calling hours?
Campaign hours are all hours spent on your campaign: intake, script, briefing, calling, quality checks and reporting. Calling hours are the hours spent actually calling. In the pilot that is 40 of the 50.
Who supplies the call list?
Usually you: your own contacts, former customers or a list whose source you know. We can also build a list for you; that is a separate item.
How do you handle people who do not want to be called?
We add them to your campaign’s do-not-call list the same day and do not call them again.
Which system do you call with?
Enreach Connect, with a visible number. We record calls’ outcomes per contact.
What happens after the pilot?
You get a final review with numbers, what we heard and our advice. Then you decide whether to continue, adjust or stop.
