Pilot
Test first, then decide.
A pilot is a clearly scoped first campaign: one audience, one offer, fixed hours. Afterwards you know what works and decide whether to continue.

What the pilot is
50 campaign hours, 40 of them calling. The other ten go to intake, script, briefing, quality checks and reporting. From €1,800 excl. VAT; the exact scope is in the proposal.
Who it is for
For companies looking for business customers who first want to see what outbound calling does for them, without committing for months.
What you get
- Intake and a campaign brief
- A script we write together and you approve
- Callers who know your offer
- A weekly report with numbers and notes
- A final review with honest advice
What is separate
- A call list we build for you
- Call recordings
- Integrations with your CRM
What we do not promise
A fixed number of appointments. That depends on your offer, the audience and the timing. We do promise the hours, honest work and a report that shows what happened.
Questions we often get
Do you guarantee a number of appointments?
No. How many appointments a campaign brings depends on your offer, the audience and the timing. What we do guarantee: the hours we agree, honest work and a report that shows what happened.
What is the difference between campaign hours and calling hours?
Campaign hours are all hours spent on your campaign: intake, script, briefing, calling, quality checks and reporting. Calling hours are the hours spent actually calling. In the pilot that is 40 of the 50.
Who supplies the call list?
Usually you: your own contacts, former customers or a list whose source you know. We can also build a list for you; that is a separate item.
How do you handle people who do not want to be called?
We add them to your campaign’s do-not-call list the same day and do not call them again.
